The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and service in the lobby bar and restaurant was exceptional. We had Lance as our server and he was wonderful. The staff at the front desk and the janitorial staff were great as well.

This was our second time visiting the Marriott Colorado Springs. The hotel has a very warm and friendly feel to it with everyone from business people to families staying there. The staff are just lovely and super helpful. We ate in the restaurant quite a lot as the food was really good. Our room was really spacious and very clean. The facilities at the hotel are great, we used the gym most days.

The hotel is in a great location to the AF Academy, Garden of the Gods, and other C. Springs locations. The rooms are nice and clean and the bar and restaurant are good. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect for a reunion.

The breakfast buffet was superb. My granddaughter wanted pancakes and they were more than willing to serve them since they were not included on the buffet. By the way, I tried them and they were the best pancakes I have ever had. Your wait staff was very friendly and on top of their service. I was very impressed.
